Our specialist tender package review system finds meaningful cost and carbon savings in 85% of projects.

We built a system to help professionals unlock savings on construction projects. This system was developed iteratively by Re-Structured and utilises years of construction data and professional experience. The current version of the system is called Fortify and now finds meaningful cost and carbon savings in 85% of projects.


Fortify takes tender documentation and reviews it on behalf of the client. It assesses a host of variables such as material use, construction sequence, and document presentation. A key part of the system’s output is to do this without compromising design intent, compliance or safety.


Re-Structured works with firms to embed this system into their standard pre-construction protocols for every project, improving commercial margins and enhancing environmental performance.


This system is usually run between RIBA Stages 4 & 5 and is effective up to the point of ordering materials. It is used by Project Managers, Developers, Quantity Surveyors, Architects and Business Owners to analyse projects and quickly bring in savings to projects.

Email the Tender Packages for each project to Re-Structured as they become available. Our system is effective at any time before materials are ordered.

Our system analyses the Tender Packages as they are received, against factors such as other similar projects, ground conditions, materials specified, and sequencing. On complex schemes, we feed in site constraints and buildability parameters for consideration.

We report back if our system is worth bolting onto the project – 85% of the time it is. We give guideline savings on cost and carbon savings for the project.
